Chef: Forbidden Florist
We are currently searching for an ambitious Chef or Cook.
Minimum of 15 hours per week plus overtime. Hours arranged on a weekly rota system to include days, evenings and weekends.

Our restaurant/cocktail bar is located on the riverside in Haverfordwest.
We are seeking a Chef that can inspire through their cooking; catering to the ever evolving guest palette, who never tires of great flavours and flawless plates. You will be involved in the creative process and the opportunity to build and grow with the business from the start. This is the kitchen for an ambitious and exciting chef!
The ideal Chef will be self-motivated, have an amazing eye for detail, be excited by little touches and love innovation. Your team will be a reflection of you: professional, passionate and ambitious. However high your ambitions are, we can match them! We're looking for someone who is talented and committed
A flavour of the Role
- Have high volume experience
- Be able to manage, train and develop your section
- Have good communication and organisational skills
- Be able to work under pressure and remain calm at all times
- Be flexible and have a positive can do attitude
- Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using seasonal ingredients
- Ability to manage GP's and food stocks
- Comfortable working across all sections
- Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations
- Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH
