Reporting to the Business Improvement & Innovation Manager for the account, the Asset Data & Compliance Manager will work closely with the ISS Data Management Teams to oversee all changes to the FMS system.
This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to liaise directly with technical leads to verify asset data and ensure that lifecycle reporting can be viewed in real time.
The Asset Data & Compliance Manager will hold full accountability for ensuring successful asset data management and account assurance for hard services.
This includes implementing and optimising on-site technical and building services through strategic asset management.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead asset data initiatives across the in-scope portfolios, fostering a collaborative “one team” IFS culture and consistently demonstrating ISS values and behaviours, both internally and in client-facing interactions.
You will work in close partnership with the Technical Teams, Account Managers, and administrative leads, maintaining a vital interface with Group Products and Performance.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to a unified team ethos will be essential.
A key focus of the role will be ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by supporting account leadership in service delivery management, driving local initiatives, and standardising processes, systems, and reporting.
You will also oversee the efficient operation of all facility engineering activities, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and adhere to quality-assured processes.
Additionally, you will support and lead technical service initiatives to deliver on account savings glide paths and account plans, with clear objectives for cost savings, process consistency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage asset management activities, including asset register and tagging, uploading asset information for CAFM system integration, and creating maintenance plans
Enhance Asset Management services to add value to client assets
Develop asset foundation documents, including asset management policy, objectives, plans (AMP), strategic asset management plan (SAMP), and procedures
Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer specifications or SFG20 standards
Support and oversee the handover process, including checklists, certificates, records, and schedules for joint sign-off
Coordinate and compile the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) for a rolling 5-year work and replacement program
Maintain an up-to-date Asset Database in CAFM, ensuring maintenance records are accurate and available, and manage system configuration via proper change control processes
Ensure accurate and current documentation of assets is maintained by contractors
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to track Asset Management goals
Facilitate and report on Annual Asset Condition Surveys with contractors
Prepare case studies and presentation materials for management decision-making
Lead and execute asset class strategies across the portfolio
Build relationships across business units to support asset management initiatives
Collaborate with the CAFM team to develop asset classification, categorisation, and documentation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Engineering background with strong understanding of SFG20, engineering requirements, and asset management.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to drive asset management processes, including capturing and labeling assets accurately.
Experience developing and implementing life cycle plans for assets.
Auditing experience to support role requirements.
Attention to detail with a keen ability to recognize and address potential issues effectively.
