Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong ability to organise events that reflect the unique vision of each couple. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve liaising with clients, vendors, and venues to create unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with couples to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
- Develop detailed plans and timelines to ensure all elements of the wedding are executed seamlessly.
- Coordinate with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainment to secure services and negotiate contracts.
- Manage budgets effectively while providing options for upselling additional services.
- Oversee logistics on the wedding day, including setup, coordination of the ceremony and reception, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to keep them informed and engaged.
Experience
- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in fundraising or working within hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and vendors.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences in the hospitality industry is essential.
A proven strong sales background is an absolute must!

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 39 per week
