Location: Home-based with travel to centres across the Berkshire area
Salary: (DOE) + Company Car or Car Allowance
Bonus: 25% Annual Salary Bonus based on Targets

Your Mission:
As an Area Director, you will lead the delivery of the annual regional operating plan, working closely with the Operations Director and collaborating with operational departments. You will strategically embed Busy Bees’ vision, mission, core values, and standards of excellence across your region, ensuring high-quality childcare and operational success at every centre.
