Job description
ACV Logistics are looking for experienced self-employed trade plate drivers to join us for immediate starts based all over the UK.
The role will include collecting and delivering vehicles from dealerships and private addresses across the UK, completing collection/delivery appraisals onsite and completing other third party apps like moDel.
Drivers working for ACV will be provided with;
Professional and Experienced Allocators/Planners.
Full Time - Consistent Work
Access to our bespoke app which manages appraisals, job information, calling ahead and expenses.
A fuel account (float) which is topped up each day and monitored & Full support with all bus and train costs.
Constant support of both an experienced planning and admin team throughout the day.
Free branded uniform and ID cards. A subsidised NextBase Dash Camera that can be rented or purchased at a discounted price.
Weekly Pay as a self employed contractor based on the mileage done over the week.
For these benefits drivers are expected to have;
A full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points, have no DR, DD or IN offences on your licence.
Have a good understanding of the UK road and public transportation systems.
Good face to face customer service and problem solving skills.
An ability to plan routes by hitching, driving, on foot and using public transport is essential as all drivers are expected to make their own way between jobs.
The ability to accommodate early starts and late finishes and drive for extended periods of time.
