We are currently seeking a skilled individual to be seconded to a major Government contract mobilisation, reporting directly to the UKI Asset Data Manager within the central Operations Performance Technical Team.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for validating asset master data and processing it according to established procedures, ensuring both accuracy and compliance with agreed standards. This will play a crucial part in delivering a successful mobilisation.
You will work closely with the account team, helping to ensure the quality of both asset and contract data. Your tasks will include data validation, generating locational master data for property locations within the CAFM system, and ensuring accurate mapping to assets.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, with a strong ability to manipulate and analyse data. Experience with CAFM systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support Asset Data Management activities within the Operations Performance – Technical team.
Ensure accurate processing and setup of core asset and contract data in the CAFM system for Assets & Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Timely and accurate data entry in line with procedures.
Manage data exports and imports for asset data, job plans, maintenance schedules, SFG20, and procedure tasks.
Collaborate with the FMS team to generate and map locational data for properties, buildings, and spaces, ensuring accuracy in asset mapping.
Manage Asset and Maintenance Master Blueprint Templates, ensuring change and version control for all updates.
Load data changes into the Asset Management system and maintain API integration mappings with CAFM systems.
Prepare and QA templates for asset collection and verification, ensuring data quality and completeness.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong Excel skills, particularly in handling large datasets and multiple spreadsheets
Experience in data analysis and survey management, including working with hundreds of sites
Attention to detail, including spotting spelling mistakes and ensuring accuracy
Ability to learn and adapt to CAFM systems
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and deriving insights
Capable of training and supporting others in using CAFM tools if needed
Good communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively
