Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Process incoming flower shipments and ensure proper storage and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Keep the floral shop clean and organized
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their preferences
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
The starting days for the job are, Wednesday and Saturday with additional hours at holiday periods and busy times.
