Key responsibilities include identifying data patterns and trends, diagnosing problem areas, and highlighting best practices.
You'll monitor the quality of the data and support the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to ensure end users can effectively utilise the insights to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with the business, primarily with P&C
Manage requirements for existing and new reports
Build reports based on business needs
Resolve technical issues related to reports
Stakeholder management, comfortable challenging and escalating when necessary
Ability to discuss technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience of GDPR and data sensitivity
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy
Willingness and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
High drive, energy, and a change-oriented mindset
Ability to work in the fast-paced FM sector and adapt to changing priorities
Capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
Experience in manipulating large data sets in a professional environment
Experience with visualisation tools
Experienced user of Tableau
