Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Adult Care – Doncaster

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will carry out needs led assessments of occupational performance with clients who have a wide range of medical conditions and physical disabilities. You will agree on appropriate provision of equipment and handle both minor and major adaptations. Additionally, you will carry out holistic assessments and take action to reduce and manage risks to people in their homes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, you must hold a full UK driving license and have the legal right to work in the UK.
