The Role
We are looking for a dedicated team member to join us at NEOM Wellbeing in a mobile role. This position is based at our White City store, with a base contracted hours of 18 hours per week, spread over 3 days. However, we are looking for someone who would be open to increased weekly hours depending on business needs, which could be up to full-time.
As a mobile team member, you will have the flexibility to travel to our various sites across the London and Greater London area. While our store in White City will be your home base, you will also support stores in Brent Cross, Liverpool Street, and occasionally Guildford and Bicester Village. Your rota will be provided on a bi-weekly basis, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and excited to accept overtime shifts to support our stores across London and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you must be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine, and in line with our brand values. You should thrive under pressure, work well in a team, and react to change in a positive and calm manner while maintaining professionalism at all times. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and late nights is required.
A natural interest in health and wellbeing is essential, as we want you to share your wellbeing journey, tips, and advice with both your team and our customers.

What You Will Do
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
- Drive forward sales and company objectives
- Assist the team and Store Management with daily tasks
- Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Maintain company standards at all times
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
- A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
- Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards in store
- Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
- Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
