- Build and embed the Actuarial Month-end data processes in Snowflake.
- Enhance access to and delivery of reliable data to reduce decision-making time.
- Improve actuarial processes to systemize regular tasks, reducing risk and manual intervention.

- Provide structured analytics to enhance commercial insights and support quarterly reserving.
- Engage with Group Actuarial and key stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs.
- Support the Technical Actuarial team to enhance process optimization, culture, governance, and ways of working.
- Report project status, key decisions, and challenges to local and Group Project governance committees.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally a qualified actuary with at least 10 years of actuarial experience (although alternatives considered DOE)
- Experience in reserving and designing reserving methodologies for insurance products.
- Knowledge of health insurance, preferably UK Private Medical Insurance.
- Strong commercial decision-making skills.
- Understanding of Solvency/Capital requirements and actuarial forecasting processes.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage change and work with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting complex issues clearly.
- Experience managing a specialist team with a mix of actuarial and non-actuarial personnel.
