As a Laboratory Supervisor, you’ll be managing the lab to the highest standards, ensuring the vision in the lab is in line with the stores and Specsavers visions and values.
With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab you will be responsible for preparing customer’s spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:
Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received
Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times
Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments
Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
An eye for detail is a must. You’ll be friendly and organised too, presenting a professional image to customers at all times. Most importantly to be an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times.
