The Role
We are currently recruiting for an overnight Customer Service Operator to join our existing team to help deliver support to clients via phone and email. Prior experience in Health care is not required as we we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
This is a part time position working 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) based onsite in our Bracknell office, 11pm till 7am.
Purpose
- You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
- Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GP's and other healthcare professionals.
- You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.
What You Will Bring
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, written & verbal.
- Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be provided.
- Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
- Experience using Microsoft Office
