Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Client Services Representative to join our team in Ipswich, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and Care Professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions
- Maintain accurate records on the care management system
- Conduct consultations with propective clients completing all relavent paperwork including needs assesments and risk assesments.
- Create client care plans ensuring all information is relavant and kept updated
- Conduct qulity assurance visits and service reviews.
- Introduce our Care Professional to new clients before start of service.
- Complete any client care visits were needed
- Take part in our out of hours oncall on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using all relevant computer applications
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Excellent listening skills and the capacity to empathise with clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
- Must have some previous experience within the care sector.

All applicants must reside in the Ipswich, Felixstowe or Woodbridge area and must have access to thier own vehicle.
