I am well educated and have over forty years experience in business, having run my own consulting business for twenty years and held a senior position in marketing for another ten years, I am now looking for a job which involved less travelling and allows me to work more closely with the public.
I'm energetic very sociable and, being curious by nature, enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things. I work well under my own initiative but am just as comfortable working as part of a team. I welcome change as an opportunity to learn.
I enjoy taking responsibility and , in a customer care environment, I believe in "owning" problems or challenge and seeing them through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
