I’m currently a Business Management with Marketing student at the University of Birmingham, and I have experience in customer service from working in a family-run shop and as an online sales assistant. In these roles, I interacted with customers, handled inquiries, and ensured they had a smooth shopping experience, whether in person or online. I’m confident in assisting customers, working as part of a team, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. I believe my experience in sales and customer service, combined with my understanding of consumer behaviour from my studies, makes me a strong fit for JD.
