I am very experienced in dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner. I am experienced in customer service via face to face conversations in shops and cafes, telephony, emails and webchat. I'm a firm believer of the importance of a customer service role, as this can make or break customer interactions. It can encourage return customers and create a friendly work environment, so I would always serve customers with a smile and treat people with respect and kindness. My most recent work has been assisting customers remotely, but I prefer face to face interactions to genuinely help people and see their reactions.
