I am skilled in liaising as part of a team, I have been taught how to use a cash machine and clearing out the till. I am skilled in customer service, selling products and following instructions. I am also skilled in providing empathy and communication skills.

• I am a dedicated individual with a strong passion for helping others and public service, offering valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and empathy. I am also actively a part of the Charity team within my sixth form and a peer mentor for students in the younger years, which allows me to actively offer such skills. My work experience in childcare and customer service, along with my academic studies in Psychology, History and Health and Social Care, have equipped me to work effectively as a team and with diverse individuals while managing tasks where needed.
