I have over 15 years Customer Service experience which I have found has been transferable to every job role I have worked from administration to clinical services. I communicate clearly and effectively on email, face to face or over the phone also possessing good listening skills to always make sure who ever I’m communicating with knows they are in capable hands for their query to be dealt with efficiently. Managing my own accounts in my previous logistics roles, I became adept at organisation and work load management with good problem solving skills and time management. I had to prioritise my work load in a fast paced environment and maintain good relationships with my clients, colleagues and customers. I strive well under pressure and think quick on my feet to come up with alternative solutions to solve and resolve issues. I would like to return to a fast paced customer focused and oriented role with a company such as yours if given the opportunity
