About

I am 17, I am in my last year of high school in which I am studying for my advanced higher higher qualifications. I previously worked as a warehouse assistant where I had to have effective communication and effective teamwork skills with my co-workers in order for orders to be packaged and delivered on time, to ensure I provide customers with a high quality of service. I volunteer each week at my local scout group. Many of the children have additional support needs in which they require extra support from me, this requires me to be empathetic and compassionate in order to make the children feel safe and comfortable, but I also must provide support to all of the children to help them to grow socially and to help them build many skills that they will carry throughout the rest of their lives. This requires me to be enthusiastic and confident in order to fully grasp the attention of the children.
