I am currently studying M.Sc Project Management course at Leeds Beckett University. The last time I worked as part of a successful team was during a Source-to-Settle (sourcing and payment) digital transformation project for Ooredoo – Telecom operator, based in Qatar and operating in 10 different countries. The purpose of the team was to implement an end-to-end procurement solution using Ivalua and SAP to streamline sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes across 10 Opcos.
My role was as a system enablement consultant, where I led process development, managed master and material data in SAP, and ensured the integration of the source-to-contract modules. I worked closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to meet business requirements.
I contributed to the team's success by ensuring clear communication between all parties, providing training and support, and resolving any technical issues quickly. My proactive approach helped keep the project on schedule, and the successful implementation improved efficiency across multiple business units.
I'm looking for roles related to project management, procurement systems, arrange vendor payment or process optimization, where I can apply my expertise in system implementation and my experience with SAP and Ivalua experience, I would be delighted to apply and discuss how I can contribute to the team's success.
