As a Customer Assistant at M&S, I can work quickly, accurately and effectively in processing shipments, pricing and mark downs. Key to my role is ensuring all areas are well stocked. I work on tills addressing customer needs promptly, and ensuring that the shop floor is clean, safe and appealing to customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
I actively work on the shop floor meeting and greeting customers and ensuring losses are minimised. Team work is vital in this and I believe that by supporting my colleagues and sharing our skills and experience we can create a productive, friendly workplace. Where this is established it radiates out to customers creating the right positive, happy vibe.
My personal skills mean I am able to listen to customers, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions. My strong communication skills allow me to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I am adept at managing multiple tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and performing well under pressure.
