I’ve had experience in past jobs to help me in this workplace! For example working in hospitality jobs where I’ve had to ensure the cupboards and fridge/freezers are clean counter tops and any cockery and cutlery. These tasks allow me to be independent but also be able to communicate well with others. It’s helped with problem solving, active listening, and ensuring the work is done to the best of my ability. Working and cleaning in a nursery has also helped me develop the skills required to be responsible for the building that the children would be looked after in!
About
I’m Charlie Williams I’m 18 years old and I’m currently working towards an extended diploma in performing arts! This career requires very specific skills, aside from musicality, physical abilities and spatial awareness, it also includes confidence in communication skills, problem solving, active listening. These are all skills which I can mirror into a workplace. and by doing that It also means I can learn to work with new people and create a new work life.
