My name is Chloe I work part time at sports direct as a customer assistant and I have 3 years experience within customer service I have the ability to delievred great customer service by assisting customers were to find stock ,serving on the till while also handling returns and refunds and dealing with any enquires they may have and complaints.I also have the role of cashing up the store and the end of the day and other duties such as visual merchandising for this I have to have great attention to detail in order to display the stock appropriately.I am also studying 2 days a week at college which is Tuesdays and Thursdays so this shift pattern would be perfect for me and work around my college hours.
