I am currently employed with a care company called home instead but because it’s a zero hour contract I am looking for guaranteed hours so I am looking elsewhere for care roles. I am a calm, confident and adaptable individual, with a good amount of experience in the customer service industry. I am highly competent and a very capable individual. I have an evident ability to provide exceptional customer service to ensure the client is fully satisfied. I am also comfortable working in a team and in a fast-paced environment. All the experience I have gained from dealing with customers has allowed me to develop good communication skills and has given me the ability to interact with people at all levels and different backgrounds. I am also computer literate; I can use Microsoft applications with ease, as well as graphic programmes such as adobe photo shop. I am a highly motivated individual who can work effectively as part as a team or as an individual in diverse situations, I feel a job can be carried out more effectively, if every member of the team is striving towards the same goal. I am not someone who is afraid to speak up when not sure of any tasks as I believe I am very talkative, which gives me an advantage in this job role, since I am easy to talk to and help resolve any issues customers may need cleared.
