I’ve previously worked in McDonald’s as my first job. Greeting customers, money handling, managing cleanliness and hygiene. I currently work at Zempler Bank as a Customer Service Advisor, assisting the public how to access the online app, escalating emails and dealing with customer complaints. I’ve worked as a Customer Service Advisor for Carpenters Solicitors where I would be the first point of contact for people in a car accident, I would demonstrate empathy and also follow Data Protection Laws. I do enjoy working with the public as I’m confident talking to new people and can help out when I can making sure they have a great experience.
