My name is Flynn, In the future I want to go into IT/Cyber Security, So I'm currently looking for employment to gain skills for this future and also money to eventually move and go into college to get a degree. I'm great at learning new things, especially if the team around me is positive and open to questions/inquiry's about certain tasks.

A lot of the skills listed I gained from my volunteer position at Minecoin listed on my CV.
Approachability comes from being someone in the community people go to if they have an issue/Inquiry about certain topics.

Communication comes from having oversight of the staff team at Minecoin. And taking majority of the tickets, I do a lot of answering users questions, concerns or most importantly when a user gets scammed. I deal with a lot of the ban reports, to best help their situation, So having good communication helps calming them down, and trying best to help their situation.

Patience, When dealing with some users at minecoin, You have to be really patient and make sure you get all sides of the story, and understand everything so some tickets could take days to complete. So you have to have complete patience the whole time and not try rush the process. Otherwise it could harm users that have been scammed.

Working Under Pressure, Sometimes at minecoin you have to make really tough decisions under pressure, For example. If a few users are reporting that someone is impersonating staff members, you have to investigate and make sure you make the right decisions otherwise it could reflect bad on minecoin/yourself.

Collaboration comes from overseeing the staff team, and collaborating with others if i don't know what best decision to make in a ticket/Make sure the other staff members agree with my ruling and decision making. Also when another staff member messages me asking if i can check out their work and see if they've done good.

Multi-tasking comes from being able to listen to users concerns/reports whilst actively investigating and also talking with the user accused to get their side of their story. This can be stressful if not handled correctly, and Some evidence could get lost with working in a fast paced environment.
