In this role, I organized luxury transportation, chartered private jets and helicopters, and coordinated exclusive private events. This experience sharpened my skills in providing personalized service to discerning clients, which I believe would translate well to the Duty Manager role at Premier Inn.
Most recently, I worked at The Milestone Hotel in Kensington and Chelsea, where I led the concierge team. I was responsible for coordinating guest services, overseeing handovers to night teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, luxury environment. My ability to communicate effectively with guests and internal teams allowed me to provide seamless service and ensure that guests' needs were met promptly and professionally.
