A self-motivated and hard-working individual, who is able to work effectively to meet objectives whether it be unsupervised or as part of a team. I have experience of creating a safe environment to facilitate children's learning and development. A key skill of mine is providing a inclusive environment for the needs of all children to be met. I have achieved qualifications in safe-guarding and health specific medical conditions, to ensure the safety of the children and young people at all times.
