I am interested in this role as I am very passionate about working in hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. I have 6 years of customer service experience working in a fast paced environment. I have hospitality experience from working in a hotel and catering industry, and retail sales experience from working in Claire's accessories.
I am motivated and work well within a group, with 6 years of customer service experience I have developed great communication skills, organisational skills and problem solving ability. I have worked in a hotel environment before where I picked up the basic knowledge and skills that will help me in a reception role. I am a fast learner and enjoy learning new skills, having worked in a busy fast paced hotel before I have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
