Currently, I am a 19 year old university student in Birmingham looking to further my experience in the retail and hospitality industries. My last job was a team member in The Light Cinemas. I’m a motivated and reliable individual with a strong interest in fashion, customer service, and retail. I thrive in fast-paced environments and work well both independently and as part of a team. My past work experience has helped me develop excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure. I’m passionate about delivering great customer experiences and take pride in keeping the store environment tidy, welcoming, and on-brand. From my last job I have gained the exceptional skill of making customers feel welcomed, whilst meeting their wants.
