It’s of great importance that I am a professional, competent, friendly and approachable individual with high levels of customer service. These skills will help fulfil my duties in engaging with customers, understanding their needs and delivering remarkable service throughout their visit to Marks and Spencer's.

Throughout my time working in schools, I have had the responsibility in independently planning and successfully organizing my own work load. I have collaboratively worked alongside teachers, assisted with classroom preparations and worked with children on a one-to-one basis. I am a flexible and adaptable team player but also work equally well independently when required.

I am extremely motivated, I have excellent time management and I have a genuine interest in learning new skills. If successful, I am extremely keen to undertake further training to enhance my knowledge, to champion and promote Marks and Spencers, offering recommendations and information, so customers can make confident and informed decisions on some of the brilliant products available in store.

I also have clerical experience from working in an office environment through-out my career and have excellent keyboard skills.

Due to my volunteering as a Peer Supporter at Stepping Hill hospital, it is with great importance that I have strong communication skills and I am able to build positive relationships by attentively being a good listener. These skills are of great importance in allowing me to connect with people
