I have 30 years of retail and 10 years of catering experience (within a retail environment). I worked on Market street in Morrisons. I made baguettes, salads, Sandwiches and platters for customer parties. I also worked on our oven fresh department. I baked pies and Sausage rolls, Cooked chickens and other meat products for out hot counter. I also worked in our customer cafe. Setting up for breakfast and cooking food to order. Also our deli. Slicing meat and cutting cheese.
