A lot of the jobs I have done previously involved a lot of customer service. I have a lot of passion in regards to making sure customers experience the best quality of customer service they can. In my previous jobs I would ensure that any problems the customer has was dealt with promptly and I would go above and beyond to make sure their needs were met. Furthermore, I have experience working in fast ever changing environments, I'm highly adaptable ensuring that no task overwhelms me and that I can organise my time well to ensure that I don't slow down during peak times.
