A positive, proactive individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Highly adaptable, with a calm nature and can work well within a team as well as on own initiative. Thriving on new challenges, always interested in acquiring new skills and furthering knowledge. A confident, flexible, self-motivated individual, with the ability to work well under pressure. Working in the family business part time, has given an insight into various aspects of construction. Being a leader and working as part of a team, whilst also being able to listen to and work with wider teams is something learnt whilst watching my father managing projects.
