I have demonstrated effective communication skills throughout my academic learning as a student in college. I have taken part in discussion within the automotive team regarding different automotive topics.
I demonstrate problem solving by recognising the issue with a particular area e.g. I do an inspection/visual check to inspect what the problem is then see what option required to resolve the issue and then take action to resolve the problem.
I demonstrate effective team working skills by working collaboratively with others, listening to their views and taking their ideas on-board.
About
I’m a 17 year old and I have good adaptability skills which allow me to adjust quickly to new situations and challenges, this helps me to thrive in the workplace and work effectively within a team and by myself during diverse tasks within the workplace. Secondly, I have a strong attention to detail which means I carefully observe and consider the aspects of my work, checking back to ensure that it was done correctly.
