About
I have a background in customer service, having previously worked as a Retail sales Assistant at a Grocery store and as a Sales Administrator at an estate agent. In both roles, I developed essential skills in communication, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner in line with company policies. My goal was always to ensure that customers were happy and satisfied.
I am educated up to a level 3 in Arts and Design, so I'm a creative person. In terms of interests, I am very passionate about helping others so i am currently volunteering at a homeless night shelter and at an after school club in my local community and I have also participated in several extracurricular activities. These activities have allowed me to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and helped me to strengthen my communication skills.
