About
I have 3+ years of experience of working in customer service and in the care sector. I am a highly motivated, results driven self-starter, passionate about the ever-growing tech industry and business development. I have effective collaborative skills when working as part of a team to achieve collective, as well as individual goals under pressure.
Having built great verbal communication and interpersonal skills, working with various customers and clients in challenging and fast paced environments, I have created strong relationships with key stakeholders in each business I have worked. Whilst being adept at recognising problems and finding innovative solutions, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, I have been able to create value and growth in interactions and developments with customers and colleagues.
A few of my free time activities include, taking part in and completing online courses to improve computing skills. Being an Admin and operations lead as part of an independent footwear cleaning service, where I focus on the business and administrative development side of identifying new business opportunities in the local community for collaboration to increase customer reach and profits.
