About
I am currently doing an online Health and social course due to the fact, I want to pursue a career in the NHS. I think the 111 is a great step in that direction and will truly help better my future and give me an insight into the medical world. I believe that the 111 will also help me personally such as, how to communicate with patients and understand their needs. The 111 will enable me to develop my current skills and adapt to new challenges. I have good communication skills but have only been able to use them in a customer service setting, I would like to broaden these skills when dealing with patients.
