My current experience within retail has enabled me to interact with the public enough to understand how to speak to customers politely and provide a friendly service to every individual’s request. During times under pressure such as Black Friday or the Christmas sales period, I’ve been able to adapt to the severe demand, including de-escalating potential issues several times with unhappy customers. Getting along well with a team is personally something I always strive to do as morale is vital regardless of the industry. I'm fully aware of the effects that negative interactions can have and so I do my best to look after those I work with. I have a keen eye for detail and always focus on achieving my best. I have always been flexible to cover shift requirement and a reliable conscientious member of the team.
