My previous retail experience involves working as a volunteer for the British Heart Foundation and as a seasonal sales advisor at Hotel Chocolat, in which I interacted with customers to deliver great customer service which has allowed me to progress with my communication skills. Also, I have experience in maintaining the condition of the store by replenishing items on the sales floor to ensure customer demands are met. I have exceptional teamwork skills as I would regularly give and receive feedback with my managers and colleagues which helps to create a positive and secure work environment.

I am a final-year student at Teesside University studying Pharmaceutical Science. The degree I am studying is very practical and engaging which means I have brilliant problem-solving and multi-tasking skills as I am able to work well under pressure. Also, I have previous retail experience so I can bring valuable knowledge and transferable skills that will ensure customer satisfaction to the high level that the company requires.
