Job Title: Registered Manager (3 bedded children’s home)
Salary: £43,600 (first time manager) to £50,600 (5+ years’ experience) sliding scale depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays (Equivalent to <7 weeks per year)
New home opening bonus: up to £7,000
Ofsted Outstanding bonus: £1,000
Annual Bonus: OTE £3,500

Hexagon Care Services are a leading privately owned provider of therapeutic residential childcare. We have over 50 Children’s Homes, 5 Crisis Intervention services, and 14 schools across England.
This is a new 3 bedded children’s home located on the Fylde Coast. This children’s home follows a therapeutic model of care, supported by our very own psychologists. The therapy team work closely with the staff and young people in our therapy homes, they have extensive knowledge and understanding of children with complex needs and will be working with both staff and young people to ensure the delivery of care consistently meets the needs of the young people

We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have the vision and leadership to take this home forward with the backing and support from your service manager, in addition to a supportive head-office team covering referrals, finance, HR, maintenance, IT and recruitment which is all done in-house.
