We need:
We are looking for freelancers to join our team for the Valentine's week period, assisting with bouquet creation at our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral bouquets for Valentine's week, ensuring each arrangement aligns with our studio’s standards.
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Utilize your knowledge of seasonal flowers and foliage to maintain freshness and aesthetic appeal.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in floral design, specifically in event or wedding floristry.
- Creativity and Design Skills: Strong creative flair with an eye for current design trends.
- Floral Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability, along with care and handling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
Schedule:
- 9th - 14th February, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid break)
