About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be a key part of our small, close-knit team. You’ll inspire children to explore the world at their own pace, help create magical Montessori moments, and nurture meaningful relationships that last a lifetime.
Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging, child-led activities that encourage independence and spark joy.
- Observing and guiding children’s learning, embracing their unique paths to development.
- Creating a high-quality environment that meets the needs of individual children, reflecting their cultural and religious backgrounds, and developmental stages.
- Supporting a calm, prepared Montessori environment that invites discovery and creativity.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to strengthen our community ethos.
- Championing our commitment to sustainability, taking an active role in outdoor learning, and ensuring children benefit from our beautiful grounds and Forest School sessions.
- Upholding the high profile and standards of Alderley Montessori, both within the nursery and in the wider community, as a proud ambassador of our values.
