You will be working along side 16 other experienced practitioners in a supportive team that will be on hand to assist and advise where necessary within a 24/7 service.
You will conduct Mental Health Act assessments for adults and children, provide urgent social care support outside core hours, and collaborate with multi-professional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. With the 12-hour shift pattern, enjoy a balanced work-life schedule while offering expert advice, handling complex cases, and promoting customer and carer engagement in service development. Requirements:
- Hold AMHP qualification or possess significant experience in child protection as a Social Worker.
- Enthusiasm, imagination, and creativity in problem-solving approaches.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
