Salary: £40'000 - £43'000 per annum, equal shares of gratuity PLUS annual bonus scheme
The role-
Oversee & manage the complete running of the kitchen & back of house operation & department on a day to day basis
Manage, lead, train and motivate your colleagues to consistently deliver a high standard of food & service to our guests
Consistent development of the team, encouraging a forward thinking progressive environment encouraging colleagues to do their best work.
Through outstanding food, service & great experiences make it better to be there & the venue of choice in the area
Responsible for the management and profitability of the full kitchen & food operation. Working closely with the GM, Operations Director and Finance Director on budgets, costings, suppliers and forecasting.
Working & liaising with the owners to consistently evolve the offer to be the best in class
Have collaborative influence on the food offer but work within a pre-defined style & menu structure
Ensure that all areas of food safety, health & safety & control are effectively managed & maintained
