Job Description
As a poker dealer, you will:
- Welcome and engage with customers, creating a friendly and entertaining atmosphere
- Deal cards efficiently and accurately while maintaining the flow of the game
- Enforce game rules and maintain the integrity of play
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Adapt to different player personalities and skill levels, providing appropriate interactions
- Maintain a high level of security for the game, cash, and casino assets
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing conditions and responsible gambling practices
- Contribute to creating a fun and community-oriented environment for our guests
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older with legal right to work in the UK
- No prior poker dealing experience required – full training provided
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse customers
- Basic math skills and ability to perform quick calculations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and team player mentality
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
This is a part time position: 16-32 hours per week to include night shifts & weekends
