Are you someone who is passionate about Insurance and has a confident knowledge of household/residential building reinstatement and mitigation with experience managing several stakeholders?
Due to growth, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Desk Loss Adjuster and are looking for someone who would love to showcase their skills, ideas and make a difference to our team.
This role services our customers affected by building related damage from an escape of water, flood, fire, and impact. You would be joining a team of around 30 specialist handlers who manage claims up to £10k virtually. We give you full responsibility to own the claim, providing a customer focused & cost-effective service by managing from instruction to completion. You would also be the main point of contact for customers, cash settling claims and utilizing the support of field-based colleagues and suppliers.
