Your responsibilities will include answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner, transferring calls efficiently, responding to customer queries, and ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments.

What we’re looking for? Â
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include: Â
- Customer service experience in an office or retail environment
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
