Job Title: Enrolment Specialist
Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (Onsite)
Full time (Permanent Role) - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

A license from Hong Kong Insurance Authority by meeting the minimum education or professional qualifications, passing the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Exams (paper 1 & 2) and having a valid HK ID card/passport is required.
Role Overview
You'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences for our customers, brokers, and group secretaries. What you will do
Play a key role in onboarding new customers through processing applications, ensuring the enrolment processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Handle tasks, such as policy changes, intermediary servicing, claims assistance, while also managing enrolment-related inquiries.
Communicate effectively to resolve any queries from customers, brokers, group secretaries or internal teams, demonstrating empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Develop an understanding of business rules and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Undertake licensing exams with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA) within your first three months to gain professional qualifications (IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 2).
What you will bring
Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) as we are dealing with international customers/brokers.
A passion for the insurance industry and a *can-do* attitude to tackle challenges.
A commitment to continuous learning, with an eagerness to gain industry knowledge and certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach to customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
